2. Eligibility

To use Lumina, you must be at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the Lumina service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Lumina is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and individuals under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the service.

If Lumina becomes aware that an account has been created by someone under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account.

3. User Accounts

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Lumina may require a paid subscription.

• App Store Billing: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms in accordance with their billing policies.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Managing Subscriptions: Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, design elements, and technology associated with Lumina are the property of Lumina or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use the Lumina service for personal, non commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Lumina platform without prior written permission.

8. Termination

Lumina reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Users may stop using Lumina and close their accounts at any time.
